Ann has a wide-ranging background in business law. Among other areas, Ann’s practice involves commercial agreements and providing day-to-day business-law advice to Swedish and foreign clients within many different industries. Ann has assisted a number of large Swedish and international companies in matters involving digital and traditional marketing issues.

In the area of labour and employment, Ann regularly advises clients on business transfers, internal reorganisations, suspected employee disloyalty, redundancies and dismissals, etc. Other typical engagements include issues involving workplace environment, rehabilitation obligations, and data-protection and integrity issues.

Ann’s practice has also involved providing advice on transactions in areas such as real estate, the defence industry, energy, public relations and communications, media and entertainment, health care and the experience industry.

Among other things, Johan’s practice involves advising clients in transactions and other commercial agreements. He frequently works with issues relating to companies, associations and other organisations, and represents clients in disputes involving these types of issues.

In recent years, Johan’s transactional practice has included advising AFA Fastigheter in conjunction with a large number of property transactions, Saab AB relating to the acquisition of Kockums, the owners of Resursteamet in the sale to Ambea, Tidsam in conjunction with the acquisition of Interpress, Veolia relating to a number of acquisitions and the owners of FANN VA-teknik in the establishment of Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB.

In recent years, Mattias has worked extensively with the world’s largest IT consultancy company in the implementation and operation of a global e-commerce platform. He also recently advised another international technology company in conjunction with the implementation of a global cooperation platform.

Mattias’ practice otherwise focuses extensively on transactions. He has advised clients in a number of real estate and corporate M&A transactions within various industries. For example, he advised one of Sweden’s largest communications consultancies on a number of corporate acquisitions as well as Saab AB’s acquisition of Kockums, the sale of Resursteamet to Ambea and the sale of FANN VA-teknik to Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB.

Mårten’s practice extends to a broad area of business law. He has extensive experience advising clients on labour and employment law issues as well as various types of structural changes. For many years, Mårten has advised large companies in the security industry, allowing him to gain unique insight and expertise regarding that industry.

In the area of labour and employment law, Mårten advises employers on, among other things, management agreements, internal investigations and structural change management. Mårten enjoys extensive experience from the courts in matters involving, for example, non-compete issues, trade secrets, bribery, etc.

Martin has also advised several nationwide associations in respect of issues involving the law of associations, personnel, change management and disputes.
